☯︎Zi Wei Dou Shu
Zi Wei Dou Shu is traditionally attributed to the tenth-century Daoist Chen Tuan, and took its settled form in the Ming-era Complete Book of Zi Wei Dou Shu. Instead of five-element algebra it divides the chart into twelve palaces, seats the stars led by Zi Wei palace by palace, and drives decades and years through the four transformations.
Palace by palace, item by item, it has long been ranked alongside BaZi as the other great Chinese system of fate calculation.

Common questions
What is Zi Wei Dou Shu?
The Chinese star-palace system: your birth moment places over a hundred symbolic stars into twelve palaces (life, career, wealth, relationships and more). Where the major stars sit, and which palace is your Life Palace, sketches the layout of a lifetime.
What are the Four Transformations (Si Hua)?
Each year (and each decade) four stars transform: into fortune, power, fame, or obstruction. The transformations move through your palaces and recolor them, which is how Zi Wei times events rather than just describing character. Nura computes them per year and per decade.
How is Zi Wei different from BaZi?
Same birth data, different machinery. BaZi is elemental algebra: eight characters balanced against each other. Zi Wei is a positional map: stars in palaces, better at naming which life area an event lands in. Nura runs both and lets them cross-check.
