By using Nura you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
1. What Nura is
Nura is an entertainment and reflection tool. It computes natal charts across five astrological traditions (Western, Vedic, BaZi, Classical Hellenistic, Human Design) and writes narrative interpretations. Nura is NOT professional advice. The readings are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or relationship advice. If you have a real problem, see a real professional.
2. Your account
You need to be 13+ (16+ in EU jurisdictions that require it) to use Nura. Provide accurate birth information if you want accurate charts. Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account. Do not share credentials.
3. Paid features
Nura Pro subscription unlocks features advertised in the paywall at time of purchase. "Keys" are a virtual currency consumed by paid interpretations. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel via your platform's subscription manager (Apple ID Settings, Google Play Subscriptions, etc.). Refunds follow the platform's policy. We do not process refunds directly.
4. What you can and cannot do
You CAN: use Nura for personal reflection, share screenshots socially, cast charts for friends and family with their consent. You CANNOT: resell or rebroadcast Nura's generated interpretations as a paid service, attempt to extract our prompts or model behavior, scrape our APIs, abuse chat with prompts intended to harm others, impersonate another person.
5. Content
Your input (birth data, chat prompts) belongs to you. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy. Interpretations Nura generates for you are yours to read and share personally. The underlying prompts, system prompts, and method are ours. User-generated content you publish to community surfaces (if any) grants Nura a non-exclusive license to display it within Nura. Withdraw by deleting the post.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." Astrology is interpretive. We don't promise the readings predict anything. Compatibility scores are entertainment, not relationship advice. We don't guarantee the service is uninterrupted or bug-free, though we try.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law: Nura's total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
8. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from /me/settings. Your data is anonymized per the Privacy Policy. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (abuse, fraud, repeated violations) with notice where possible.
9. Governing law
For users in mainland China: governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes resolved in the courts of the city where Nura Inc. is registered. For users elsewhere: governed by Singapore law. Disputes resolved by arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
