This form is unique to Reflectors, whose nine centers are all undefined, so the decision-making basis is the Moon's full transit through all 64 gates against the natal chart, roughly twenty-nine and a half days, rather than an immediate signal from any fixed center. Unlike the other four Types, which can confirm a decision within days or even on the spot, Lunar Authority requires spreading the decision across a full month and checking it repeatedly.
